Join us for a Rodeo-style Farmers Market featuring a free petting zoo, live music performance, a Kids Fun Zone, 50+ local vendors, raffle prizes, and interactive activities. This family-friendly community event is designed to create strong foot traffic, meaningful engagement, and excellent visibility for participating vendors.


Vendor Participation Options
Tent / Booth Space
Early Registration: $35 (Deadline: March 22)
Regular Registration: $50 (March 23 – April 10)
Includes one 10’ x 10’ vendor space. Vendors must provide their own tent/canopy, tables, chairs, and display materials. Electricity will not be provided.

Swag Bag Participation $20
Vendors must provide 300 small branded promotional items to be included in attendee swag bags.
Item drop-off deadline: April 19
A designated drop-off table and signage will be provided
Volunteers will assemble swag bags

Advertisement Only $15
Submit an advertisement to be included in the event brochure, which will be distributed throughout the day to attendees. 
This option is ideal for service-based businesses or vendors unable to attend in person.
This option does not include a booth space.

Bingo Card Participation $10 (Booth required)
Participating vendors will be featured on the event bingo card, encouraging attendees to visit booths. Completed bingo cards will be entered into raffles for gift cards and prizes.

Vendor FAQ

Do I need a booth to attend the market in person?
Yes. All vendors participating in person must purchase a Tent / Booth Space.

Is electricity available?
No. Electricity will not be provided.

Can I share a booth with another vendor?
Booth sharing or subletting is not permitted without prior approval.

What permits or licenses are required?
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, insurance, and for collecting and reporting applicable taxes.

When will booth assignments be shared?
Booth locations will be assigned and communicated prior to the event.

What happens if it rains?
If inclement weather prevents the event from taking place, the market will be rescheduled to our backup date of July 18th. Registered vendors will be notified via email with updated details.

Can I select multiple participation options?
Yes. Vendors may select multiple options for additional exposure.

When does vendor registration close?
Final vendor registration closes on April 10th. Space is limited and may sell out before the deadline.
