Do not despise these small beginnings

I called a medical billing company today to make a payment and they said something did not look right so they told me they would call me back. Immediately I thought, "debt cancellation!" I called my wife, Denise, and had her agree with me in prayer. When the billing company called me back the amount I owed was lower than my bill by $362.50. Although the entire debt was not cancelled (as was the case of a similar testimony Pastor Wendy gave) we believe this was a divine intervention. In fact, when I got home from work Denise said the Holy Spirit had impressed upon her this verse, "Do not despise these small beginnings" (Zech. 4:10) - and I just read Job 8:7, "Your beginnings will seem humble, so prosperous will your future be." We will take this "beginning" of $362.50 in debt cancellation and are believing for God to do even more as we remain faithful in our giving, praying and believing! Praise God!
